Grapher is a full-featured scientific graphing package, allowing the user to import data in many formats, create and combine a wide variety of 2- and 3-D plot types, and customize the plots in infinite detail.

LabVIEW

LabVIEW Data Acquisition and Analysis

LabVIEW offers a graphical programming approach that helps you visualize every aspect of your application, including hardware configuration, measurement data, and debugging. This visualization makes it simple to integrate measurement hardware from any vendor, represent complex logic on the diagram, develop data analysis algorithms, and design custom engineering user interfaces.

Foam – X

Foam-X: Acoustic Property Identification of Porous Materials

Defining the acoustic properties of porous noise control treatments is a critical part of the acoustical design process in a simulation software. FOAM-X calculates the required acoustic material properties from standard tests. FOAM-X uses identification algorithms that works with acoustic data output from ASTM E1050 and ISO 10534-2 impedance tube tests or ASTM E2611 transmission tube tests to identify porous material properties. From sound absorption coefficient or dynamic bulk modulus and dynamic bulk density, it calculates the main acoustic properties of open-cell porous materials: open porosity, static airflow resistivity, tortuosity, viscous and thermal characteristic lengths, thermal static permeability, Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio and damping loss factor.

NOVA

NOVA – Multilayered Material Acoustic Simulation and Design Software

NOVA is an easy-to-use, flexible and powerful solution used to predict and optimize the acoustic properties of materials and their integration into multilayered structures. NOVA applies to foam, fiber, visco-elastic and solid structure and other deadeners. By modeling these materials, design decision can be made to improve the performance in the required application: Automobiles (carpets, seats, headliners, hood, trunk and cargo trim linings, floor systems, multilayered treatments), Aircraft (trim, damping, seats, floor, panel treatments); Buildings (insulation walls, doors, carpets, single/double windows); Materials (optimize acoustic performance)
